whose registered office is at 18 High Street, Dorchester, Dorset, DT1 1UW, is seeking to acquire the freehold interest in the property known as 93 Abbotsbury Road, Weymouth, Dorset, DT4 0JU (Title Number DT287223; Lease dated 25 June 2001 for 999 years from 25 December 1888 at a rent of £3 per annum).
