Notices under the Trustee Act 1925
PURSUANT TO SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925 (AS AMENDED)

DISA Industries UK Limited Pension Scheme

The DISA Industries UK Limited Pension Scheme was established by a trust deed dated 28 January 1976 and is currently governed by that trust deed and rules dated 7 December 1983 (both as amended) (Scheme).

The entirety of the Scheme assets and liabilities were transferred into the Wheelabrator Group Pension Scheme further to a deed of merger dated 6 March 2026 (Transfer Agreement). Further to the terms of the Transfer Agreement, no assets or benefit liabilities remain within the Scheme.

The wind-up of the Scheme commenced on 20 March 2026.

Notice is hereby given that any member, other beneficiary, creditor or anyone else having any claim against, or claiming to be beneficially interested in, the assets of the Scheme is required to send particulars of their claim to the trustees of the Scheme (Trustees) at the address given below on or before 30 June 2026. After this date, the Trustees will proceed to terminate the Scheme and will distribute the assets of the Scheme having regard only to the claims of which they have notice and will not, with regard to the Scheme or the Scheme assets so distributed, be liable to anyone of whose claim they have had no notice.

Claimants’ particulars should include their full name, current address, date of birth, National Insurance Number, details of the period of employment to which their claim applies and the full name of the Scheme.

Members of the Scheme and other beneficiaries with whom the Trustees or the Scheme administrators are already in contact need not respond to this notice since their interests have already been noted.

Dated 30 April 2026.
