Barry - Proposed Lease of Council Land for Seating Area

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Vale of Glamorgan Council intends to lease a small piece of land adjacent to the Smugglers Cove Adventure Golf Course, which consists of an open space of approx. 62 square metres to be used for informal seating, to the Leaseholder of the Golf Course. A plan identifying the land may be examined on the Council’s website at www.valeofglamorgan.gov.uk/en/our council/legal notices

Objections to the intended disposal must be made in writing and addressed to: Property Services, Civic Offices, Holton Road Barry CF63 4RU or by email to C1V@valeofglamorgan.gov.uk marked FAO Operational Manager Property by no later than 21st May 2026.
