Notice under Section 123(2A) Local Government Act 1972

NOTICE is hereby given that THE DERBYSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL intends to dispose of an area of open space at Church Gresley Plantations on the south and east side of Station Street, Castle Gresley, Swadlincote.

A plan identifying the area to be disposed of can be obtained by emailing your request to estates. management@derbyshire.gov.uk

Any person wishing to object to the proposed disposal should do so by writing to Mrs H. Barrington, Director of Legal & Democratic Services, Derbyshire County Council, County Hall, Matlock, DE4 3AG or by emailing Helen.Barrington@Derbyshire.gov.uk quoting reference MPL.112485 before 22-05-2026.
