BOURNEMOUTH, CHRISTCHURCH AND POOLE COUNCIL

LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972 SECTION 123 (1), (2A)

Tatnam Farm Pavilion and Surrounding Land School Lane, Poole BH15 3JR

NOTICE is hereby given that Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council intends to dispose of the above area of open space for use as Football Pavilion, Ancillary Accommodation and access by granting a 40 year lease.

A plan showing the location and extent of the land can be viewed on the Council’s website at https://www.bcpcouncil.gov.uk/news-hub/public-notices-of-our-proposals 

Any representations or objections to the proposed disposal must be made in writing to the Council’s Head of Leisure & Events, BCP Council, Civic Centre, Bourne Avenue, Bournemouth BH2 6DY or by email to Leisurepd@bcpcouncil.gov.uk quoting Tatnam Farm Pavilion by 8th May 2026.
