Local Government Act 1972 Section 123(1), (2a) Land At Gayton, Norfolk
Notice is hereby given that The Norfolk County Council intends to dispose of land at: Gayton Norfolk which consists of open space land to Gayton Parish Council for use as public open space. The land is all that land forming part of registered title 13691 and shown edged red of a plan, that may be inspected, at: The Reception Of The Norfolk County Council Offices, at: County Hall, Martineau Lane, Norwich, Norfolk, NR1 2DH, during normal business hours.
By virtue of section 123 of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended) the County Council is required to give formal notice of its intention to dispose of open space and consider any objections to the proposed disposal. Objections to the intended disposals must be made in writing and addressed to: Simon Waters, Norfolk County Council, County Hall, Martineau Lane, Norwich, Norfolk, NR1 2DH, or by email to: simon.waters@norfolk.gov.uk, and by no later than 27th March 2026.
