Rhoddir RHYBUDD drwy hyn bod Cyngor Sir Ddinbych yn bwriadu, ar ôl i’r cyfnod isod ddod i ben, gael gwared ar tir a elwir yn 85-86, 87, 88, 89-90 a 91-92 ar tir ar ochr de ddwyrain Rhodfa’r Gorllewin, y Rhyl, Sir Ddinbych sy’n cynnwys 1.1 erw (Safle 1), 0.08 erw (Safle 2a), 0.58 erw (Safle 2b) neu oddeutu hynny ac sy’n ffurfio rhan o’r agored. Mae’r gwerthiad a fwriedir trwy werthiant rhydd-ddaliad i Gymdeithas Tai Clwyd Alyn ar gyfer adeiladu tai fforddiadwy.

Cedwir cynlluniau o’r tir dan sylw yn swyddfeydd y Pennaeth Gwasanaeth, Gwasanaethau Cymorth Corfforaethol: Pobl, Neuadd y Sir, Ffordd Wynnstay, Rhuthun, Sir Ddinbych, LL15 1YN am y cynod a nodir isod. DISPOSAL OF LAND

NOTICE is hereby given that Denbighshire County Council intends after the expiry of the period below to dispose of the land known as 85-86, 87, 88, 89-90 & 91-92 and land on the south east side of West Parade, Rhyl, Denbighshire comprising 1.1 acres (Site 1), 0.08 acres (Site 2a), 0.58 acres (Site 2b) or thereabouts and which forms part of an open space. The intended disposal is by way of a freehold sale to Clwyd Alyn Housing Association for the construction of affordable housing.

Plans of the said land will be kept at the offices of the Head of Service, Corporate Support Services: People at County Hall, Wynnstay Road, Ruthin, Denbighshire LL15 1YN for the period mentioned below. A request for a copy of the plans may be made by e-mail: legal.businesssupport@denbighshire.gov.uk

Any objections to the proposed disposal must be made in writing to the Head of Service, Corporate Support Services: People at the address below or may be made by e-mail to legal.businesssupport@denbighshire.gov.uk within 28 days of publication of this Notice.
