SECTION 123(A)

PROPOSED DISPOSAL OF OPEN SPACE AT TURBARY COMMON, BOURNEMOUTH

BY WAY OF AN EASEMENT FOR UNDERGROUND ELECTRIC CABLES

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council intends to dispose of the land listed above by way of granting an easement for underground electricity supply cables and which form part of open space in Bournemouth. The site will remain available for public use after installation is completed.

Any person who wishes to contact the Council about the intended disposal should make them in writing by 12p.m. by 12th March 2026 addressed to Ed Alexander, Planning & Contracts Manager, BCP Council, Civic Centre, Bourne Avenue Bournemouth, BH2 6DY, or by email (edward.alexander@bcpcouncil.gov.uk).

A plan of the cable route may be inspected at the Customer Service Centre, St Stephen’s Road, BH2 6EB during normal business hours (Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm, Friday 9am-4pm).
