LAND AT FISHMOOR RESERVOIR, BLACKBURN

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN under Section 123(2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 that Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council intends to dispose of Land at Fishmoor Reservoir, Blackburn by way of a long lease to Lancashire School Sailing Association (LSSA) for the purposes of a community hub for water sports activities. The land consists or forms part of an area of public open space.

A plan that identifies the location of the area can be inspected at The Town Hall, King William Street, Blackburn 9am-4.30pm (weekdays excluding bank holidays) or by email request to BWD.Property@blackburn.gov.uk
