Temporary Restriction of Vehicular Traffic Order 2026
Paddock Road, Bexleyheath - Notice of Making an Order
1. The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above-mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that an order has been made, to enable the installation of a new supply by Southern Gas Networks the effects of which will be the introduction of:
• Prohibition of traffic (Road Closure) in Paddock Road at the side of number 1 Lenor Close, Bexleyheath
2.. The Order will come into effect on 23 February 2026 and is valid for a period of 18 months. However, the works are expected to be completed within 7 days.
3. Whilst the works are in progress no alternative routes will be available,
• Access will be maintained for residents and emergency vehicles
4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or traffic warden, to emergency service vehicles, or to vehicles being used in connection with the works.
5. The restrictions described above will apply only during such times and to such extent as shall be indicated by traffic signs as prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

Temporary Restriction of Pedestrians Order 2026 - Green Chain Walk from Bexley Road to Stonewood Road, Erith - Notice of Making an Order
1. The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above-mentioned footpath, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that an Order has been made, to enable JB Browne Construction to undertake repairs and maintenance along Green Chain Walk, the effects of which will be to close a Green Chain Walk to pedestrian traffic between Bexley Road to Stonewood Road, Erith leading to Erith National Rail Station
2. The Order will come into effect on 25 February 2026 and is valid for a period of 6 months. However, the works are expected to be completed within 3 months.
3. Whilst the works are in progress, Bexley Road, Queens Road, Bexley Road, Walnut Tree Road, Bronze Age Way, Stonewood Road, and reverse will be available for pedestrians.
4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform, to emergency service personnel or to persons undertaking the works.
5. The restrictions described above will apply only during such times and to such extent as shall be indicated by traffic signs as prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

Temporary Restriction of Vehicular Traffic Order 2026
Arcadian Avenue, Bexley - Notice of Intention
1. The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above-mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that, to enable Cappagh Contractors on behalf of Thames Water replace a collapsed section of pipe in the carriageway, they intend to make an Order the effects of which will be the introduction of:
• Prohibition of traffic on Arcadian Avenue, Bexley from No. 34 to 36.
2. The Order will come into effect on 2 March 2026 and is valid for a period of 18 months. However, the works are expected to be completed within 10 days.
3. Whilst the works are in progress alternative routes will be via:
Blendon Road, Woodside Lane and vice versa
4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or traffic warden, to emergency service vehicles, or to vehicles being used in connection with the works.
5. The restrictions described above will apply only during such times and to such extent as shall be indicated by traffic signs as prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

1. The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above-mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that, to enable MGroup Water on behalf of Thames Water to undertake their Water Mains Replacement works, they intend to make an Order the effects of which will be the introduction of:
• Waiting restriction and Loading prohibition on Upper Abbey Road, Belvedere entire length of the road both sides of the carriageway
• Waiting restriction and Loading prohibition on Gertrude Road, Belvedere 15 metres from the junction with Upper Abbey Road, Belvedere.
• Waiting restrictions and Loading prohibition on Abbey Crescent, Belvedere 15 metres from the junction with Upper Abbey Road, Belvedere
• Waiting restrictions and Loading prohibition on Coleman Road, Belvedere 15 metres from the junction with Upper Abbey Road, Belvedere
• Waiting restrictions and Loading prohibition Ripley Road, Belvedere 15 metres from the junction with Upper Abbey Road, Belvedere
Restrictions will be removed when not required.
2. The Order will come into effect on 2 March 2026 and is valid for a period of 18 months. However, the works are expected to be completed within 121 days.
3. Whilst the works are in progress alternative routes will be signposted.
4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or traffic warden, to emergency service vehicles, or to vehicles being used in connection with the works.
5. The restrictions described above will apply only during such times and to such extent as shall be indicated by traffic signs as prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

1. The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above-mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that, to enable Cappagh Contractors on behalf of Thames Water to undertake works in association with the works on Slade Green Road to replace a sewer, they intend to make an Order the effects of which will be the introduction of:
• Prohibition of traffic on Elm Road from the junction with Slade Green Road to the junction with Cedar Road, Slade Green
• Waiting restriction and Loading prohibition on Slade Green Road approx. opposite the junction with Elm Road, Slade Green
2. The Order will come into effect on 2 March 2026 and is valid for a period of 18 months. However, the works are expected to be completed within 19 days.
3. Whilst the works are in progress alternative routes will be via:
Slade Green Road, Bridge Road, Forest Road, Cedar Road, and vice versa
Slade Green Road, Hazel Road, Cedar Road, Elm Road, and vice versa
4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or traffic warden, to emergency service vehicles, or to vehicles being used in connection with the works.

Longmead Drive, Sidcup - Notice of Intention
1. The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above-mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that, to enable a new trunk main installation by MGroup Water on behalf of Thames Water they intend to make an Order the effects of which will be the introduction of:
• A yellow line suspension on both sides of the road to allow for resident parking in Longmead Drive from the junction with Bexley Lane to the junction with Betterton Drive, Sidcup
2. The Order will come into effect on 26 February 2026 and is valid for a period of 18 months. However, the works are expected to be completed within 213 days.
3. Whilst the works are in progress no alternative routes will be required.
4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or traffic warden, to emergency service vehicles, or to vehicles being used in connection with the works.
5. The restrictions described above will apply only during such times and to such extent as shall be indicated by traffic signs as prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

Coleman Road - Ripley Road – Paroma Road, Coleman Road, Gilbert Road, St Augustine’s Road, Upper Abbey Road, and reverse.
Abbey Crescent – Kentish Road, Orchard Road, Lesness Park, Heron Hill, Upper Abbey Road, and reverse.
Gertrude Road 1 – Ambrook Road, Lyndon Road, Picardy Road, Abbey Crescent, and reverse.
Gertrude Road 2 – Ambrook Road, Sheridan Road, Picardy Street, Picardy Road, Abbey Crescent, and reverse.
