NOTICE UNDER SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925

The Bemis Swansea Limited Pension Plan ("the Plan") Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that the Trustee is winding up the Plan. Members have been previously notified that their benefits in the Plan have been transferred to the Amcor Holding 2023 UK Pension Plan - Amcor Bemis Section ("2023 Plan"). Therefore, any individuals who have already been contacted on behalf of the Trustee about this matter need not respond to this notice as the Trustee already has details of their claims and entitlements which are now the responsibility of the 2023 Plan.

If you believe you have entitlement to a benefit from or an interest in the Plan i.e. because you are a former member or beneficiary, then you are requested to write to the Trustee within two months from the date the notice is placed.

Claimants' particulars should include their full name, address, date of birth, National Insurance number and either details of when they were members of the Plan or the period of employment to which their claim relates (or if you are a beneficiary, the period of membership/employment of the member).

Please send your claim along with copies of supporting documents to:

Trustee of the Bemis Swansea Limited Pension Plan, c/o Quantum Advisory, Cypress House, Pascal Close, St Mellons, Cardiff, CF3 0LW

After the expiry of this notice, the Trustee will proceed to wind up the Plan. Benefits will only be provided to those persons whose valid claims and entitlements the Trustee have received notice of and it will not be liable to or in respect of any other person.
