What is happening?
NOTICE UNDER SECTION 27(1) OF THE
TRUSTEE ACT 1925
The CB&I John Brown Pension Scheme (“the Scheme”), formally known as the Davy John Brown Pension Scheme
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that the Trustee is winding up the Scheme. If you have already received a communication from the Trustee regarding this matter then you do not need to take any action as the Trustee already has details of your claims and entitlements.
Any person who has not been contacted by the Trustee regarding the wind up of the Scheme and believes that they have a claim against, or entitlement to a pension or any benefit from the Scheme is hereby required to send particulars in writing by 31 March 2026 of their claim or entitlement (together with full name, present address and date of birth) to the Trustee of the Scheme, c/o CB&I John Brown Pension Scheme, St Paul’s House, St Paul’s Hill, Winchester, Hampshire, SO22 5AB marked for the attention of LCP administration team. Alternatively, you can send an email to CB&IAdmin@lcp.uk.com. Please quote the Scheme name in all correspondence.
The Trustee will distribute the assets of the Scheme among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to those persons of whose claims and entitlements they have notice. The Trustee shall not be liable to any person of whose claims and demands they have not had notice.
Any person who has been contacted by the Trustee at their current address or has already made a claim and received a response need not re-apply to the Trustee.
