What is happening?
CONSULTATION WITH NON-DOMESTIC RATEPAYERS
Section 65 of the Local Government Finance Act, 1992 & the Non-Domestic Ratepayers (Consultation) Regulations, 1992
Blaby District Council is required under the above regulations to consult persons, or bodies who are representatives of Non- Domestic Rates payers in the Council’s area, setting out proposals for expenditure by the Authority for the financial year 2026/2027.
Representatives of business and commerce and any other Non-Domestic Ratepayers can now contact Blaby District Council should they wish to receive information on the Council’s spending plans and we would then welcome any comments.
Applications should be made to the undersigned by 13th February 2026.
