NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the London Borough of Barnet ("the Council") proposes to dispose of land at the above property. The land in question is approximately 0.75 acres and is in part currently used as, and forms part of, an open space.

Before making any further decision on the proposal, the Council will consider any written representations received. This Notice will be advertised in the local press for two consecutive weeks from 15 January 2026.
