NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Summary Application has been raised in the Sheriff Court at Glasgow seeking a declarator that the natural turf football pitch at Cathkin Park, Glasgow, is exempt from statutory access rights under the Land Reform (Scotland) Act 2003.

A hearing will take place on 22 January 2026 at 10.00 am, to proceed remotely by WebEx.

Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application should intimate same to the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow by email to GlasgowCourtTeam@scotcourts.gov.uk no later than 15 January 2026.
