REASON FOR INQUIRY Appeal by Cobham Road Solar Farm Ltd (Ethical Power Development Limited) Relating to the application to Mole Valley District Council for Installation of a ground mounted solar photovoltaic array; together with associated infrastructure; stock fencing; CCTV; access gates; on-site biodiversity net gain; and associated works at Land east of Cobham Road and south of the River Mole, Cobham Road, Bookham.
An Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State will hold an Inquiry opening on the date shown above to decide the appeal. The inquiry is being live streamed and can be viewed at add link https://molevalley.public-i.tv/core/portal/home Members of the public may attend the Inquiry and, at the Inspector’s discretion, express their views.
