By interlocutor dated 9 December 2025 the Honourable Lord Lake found and declared that J&W Carpets Limited has infringed Brintons Carpets Limited's UK Trade Mark No: UK00904901121 for the word “BELL TWIST” registered for goods including, inter alia, textiles (Class 24) and carpets (Class 27) (the “Bell Twist Trade Mark”), by using in the course of trade signs identical or similar to the Bell Twist Trade Mark in connection with the offering for sale, or sale of, carpets, including on the defender’s website at https://www.jwcarpets.com
