LAND ADJACENT TO CHURCH FARM HOUSE MUSEUM, LONDON NW9 4JR

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the London Borough of Barnet (“the Council”) is intending to dispose of land at the above property.

The land in question is approximately 0.75 Acres and is in part currently used as, or forms part of an open space. The plan showing the land which is the subject of the proposed disposal may be viewed at the following locations:

1. London Borough of Barnet 2 Bristol Avenue Colindale London NW9 4EW (Mondays to Fridays 9.00am - 5.00pm, excluding public holidays).

2. Hendon Library, The Burroughs, London NW4 4BQ (Mondays to Fridays 9.00am - 5.00pm, excluding public holidays).

Before making any further decision on the proposal, the Council will consider any written representations received. All written representations should be addressed to Syma Kadri, Head of Estates, London Borough of Barnet (Growth and Development Directorate), 2 Bristol Avenue, London NW9 4EW (quoting AC/SK) and must arrive no later than 5.00pm on Thursday 8th January 2026.

This Notice will be advertised in the local press for two consecutive weeks from 11th December 2025.
