Consultations with National Non-Domestic Ratepayers
Under Section 65 of the Local Government Finance Act 1992 Swindon Borough Council has a duty to consult with representatives of Non-Domestic Ratepayers about its expenditure (“Non-Domestic Ratepayers” include not only industrial and commercial undertakings, but also certain educational and / or health care institutions and nonprofit making organisations).
If you wish to make representation to the Council on this matter, please submit your comments and views in writing to the Council’s Committee and Member Services Manager, Committee and Member Services Team, Swindon Borough Council, Civic Offices, Euclid Street, SN1 2JH or by email to committeeservices@swindon.gov.uk
Responses should be received at the Civic Offices by Friday 9th January 2026.
