What is happening?

A Public Notice for the purposes of Section 121 of the Charities Act 2011 Canal & River Trust acting as Trustee of The Waterways Infrastructure Trust (charity registration number 1146792-2) (the Charity) gives notice that the Charity proposes to: Dispose of the freehold interest in two parcels of land and a wall, (this doesn’t include Drapers Bridge) at Coventry Canal Basin, St Nicholas Street, Coventry CV1 4LY, which is owned by the Charity.

The areas of land and wall are shown edged red on the plan, which can be viewed on the Charity’s web page http://canalrivertrust.org.uk/about-us/forbusinesses/ public-notices.

Alternatively, a copy of the plan may be requested in writing from the address below. Any representations or comm ents in relation to the proposed transaction should be sent for con sideration to the following address by no later than one calendar month from the date of this pub - lication quoting reference TW/Prop630:
