Notice Under the Local Government Act 1972 Section 123(2A) (As Amended)

Land at Antron Hill, Burnthouse Quarry, Mabe, Penryn, TR10 9HH

Spargo Court Amenity Area, Mabe, Penryn, TRW 9HU

Summerheath Public Open Space, Mabe, Penryn, TRW 9JT

1 Land is held as open spaces in Mabe, as listed above by Cornwall Council.

2 Notice is hereby given for the second time pursuant to Section 123 (2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 that Cornwall Council intends to devolve these open spaces in Mabe Parish (as listed above) to Mabe Parish Council.

3 A copy of a plan showing the land is available on request from the address below.

4 Any objection or representation in respect of the transfer of the land must be made to Estates Delivery, Cornwall Council, New County Hall, Treyew Road, Truro, TR1 3AY by 18/12/2025.
