NOTICE OF DISPOSAL OF PUBLIC OPEN SPACE LAND AT CARRS CAR PARK CLIFF ROAD, WILMSLOW, CHESHIRE, SK9 4AA
In accordance with section 123(2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended) notice is given that Cheshire East Borough Council intends to dispose of 7.13 square metres of land that forms part of the public car park at Carrs Car Park, by way of a 15-year lease to accommodate the provision of electric vehicle charging points.
Details of the proposal and plans identifying the precise location of the land is available for inspection at Wilmslow Library South Drive, Wilmslow, Cheshire, SK9 1NW 9.00 am until 4.30pm on weekdays (excluding bank holidays) or online at http://www.cheshireeast.gov.uk/council_and_democracy/council_information/public_notices/open-space-disposal/open_space_disposal.aspx
Objections or representations to the intended disposal must be made in writing, stating the grounds for objection and addressed to the Head of Legal Services, Cheshire East Borough Council, c/o Delamere House, Delamere Street, Crewe, CW1 2LL reference NXM/54639 before 19 December 2025 or by email to proposeddisposalofpublic.openspace@cheshireeast.gov.uk
