Proposal for Lease of ALL and WHOLE that plot or area of ground situated generally to the west of Greenhead, Newmilns extending to Three hundred and fifty seven square metres (357m2) or thereby Greenside Park, Newmilns, Kilmarnock by East Ayrshire Council to Alan Fulton, Jackie Duncan and Heather Wilson in their capacity as Chair, Treasurer and Secretary respectively of Townhead (formerly Campbell) Area Tenants and Residents Association and as the holders of the said respective offices ex officio trustees for the members of Townhead (formerly Campbell) Area Tenants and Residents Association.
Notice is hereby given that East Ayrshire Council has raised an Application at Kilmarnock Sheriff Court under Section 75(2) of the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1973 for authority to dispose of ALL and WHOLE that plot or area of ground situated generally to the west of Greenhead, Newmilns extending to Three hundred and fifty seven square metres (357m2) or thereby by way of a 10 year lease to Alan Fulton, Jackie Duncan and Heather Wilson in their capacity as Chair, Treasurer and Secretary respectively of Townhead (formerly Campbell) Area Tenants and Residents Association and as the holders of the said respective offices ex officio trustees for the members of Townhead (formerly Campbell) Area Tenants and Residents Association.
Anyone having an interest in the said Application and who wishes to object should make themselves known to the Sheriff Clerk, Kilmarnock Sheriff Court, Sheriff Court House, St Marnock Street, Kilmarnock, where a copy of the Application may be obtained (Court Ref: KIL-B1009-25) within 21 days of publication of this Notice.
The matter will call and be heard at Kilmarnock Sheriff Court, Sheriff Court House, St Marnock Street, Kilmarnock on 14 January 2026 at 2.00pm.
