NOTICE OF PUBLIC LOCAL INQUIRY
Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 Section 53

Notice is hereby given that an Inspector will be appointed by the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs to determine Nottinghamshire County Council
(Kneeton Footpath Nos. 10 and 11/Flintham Footpath No.7)
Modification Order 2001 AND (Kneeton Footpath Nos. 10 and 11/Flintham Footpath No.7)

Modification Order 2004 and will attend at:
Council Chamber, Rushcliffe Borough Council, Rushcliffe Arena, Rugby Road, West Bridgford, Nottingham, NG2 7YG On 20 January 2026 at 10.00am To hold a public local inquiry into the Order

The effect of the Order, if confirmed without modifications, will be to modify the Definitive Map and Statement for the above area by adding thereto the footpath commencing from a point, SK 71034611, at the junction with Main Street and proceeding for a distance of approximately 210 metres to a point, SK 71144629, at the junction with Kneeton Footpath No.2 and proceeding for a distance of approximately 1250 metres to a point, SK 71914726, at the junction with Flintham Footpath No. 7; and the footpath commencing from a point. SK 71914726, at the junction with Kneeton Footpath No. 11 and proceeding for a distance of approximately 980 metres to a point, SK 72364818, at the junction with the remainder of Flintham Footpath No. 7 as shown on the Order Map.
