Notice of Cancellation pursuant to section 5 of the Act
Notice is hereby given that the Authority has, pursuant to the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014, this day cancelled the registration of PEC Homes Limited (Register no. 8356) is the registered office of c/o Low Carbon Team, Plymouth City Council, Ballard House, PL1 3BJ at its request.
The society ceases to enjoy the privileges of a registered society, but without prejudice to any liability incurred by the society, which may be enforced against it as if such cancellation had not taken place.
