DISPOSAL OF OPEN SPACE
Disposal of land at Court House, Lyme Close, Axminster, Devon EX13 5BA
Devon County Council, hereby gives notice that it intends to dispose of the freehold interest in property known as land at Court House, Lyme Close, Axminster, Devon EX13 5BA, part of which includes open space (“the Land”). The Land is shown edged red on the plan below.
Any comments about such disposal must be made in writing to Legal and Democratic Services, Devon County Council, County Hall, Topsham Road, Exeter, Devon EX2 4QD (quoting ref: SDT/DEV006/250) no later than 19 December 2025. Any representations received after that date will not be considered.
