LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972 SECTION 123(1), (2A) LAND AT ST MARYS ROAD, SALFORD
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Salford City Council intends to dispose of open space land, having a total area of approximately 585.29sqm to facilitate residential development. The land described above is more particularly shown edged red on the deposited plan, which may be inspected at Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, M27 5DA, between 8.30am and 4.30pm Mondays to Fridays and also on Salford City Council’s website at the following address: https://www.salford.gov.uk/your-council/public-notices/. Objections to the intended disposal must be made in writing and sent to Angela Martens, Assistant Principal Surveyor, Salford Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, Salford, M27 5AS or to phlegal@manchester.gov.uk so as to be received no later than 29 th December 2025.
