WILTSHIRE COUNCIL

LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972 SECTIONS 123(1) AND (2A)

PUBLIC OPEN SPACES AT CORSTON, MALMESBURY, WILTSHIRE

NOTICE is hereby given that Wiltshire Council intends to dispose by way of freehold transfer the following parts of its land holdings at Corston to St. Paul Malmesbury Without Parish Council which includes land which is used for open space, recreation and amenity purposes:

RODBOURNE ROAD PLAY AREA, CORSTON, MALMESBURY, WILTSHIRE, SN16 0HA

RODBOURNE ROAD ALLOTMENTS, CORSTON, MALMESBURY, WILTSHIRE, SN16 0HA

CORSTON RECREATIONAL GROUND, MAIN ROAD, CORSTON, MALMESBURY, WILTSHIRE, SN16 0HD

Plans showing the open space being transferred are available for inspection on request during normal working hours at Wiltshire Council’s offices at County Hall, Bythesea Road, Trowbridge, Wiltshire, BA14 8JN.

Objections to the intended disposal must be made in writing and addressed to the undersigned (using reference 201715) by 12th December 2025.
