Notice Under the Local Government Act 1972

Section 123(2A) (As Amended)

Land at the Mount, Par, PL24 2BT Churchfield Place Play Area, St Blazey, PL24 2NT

Land at Montgomery Road, Penwithick, St Austell, PL26 8UU

Land at junction of Gwindra Road & Carloggas Lane, St Stephens, St Austell, PL26 7LB

Land at Beach Road, Crantock, Newquay, TR8 5RE

1 Land is held as open spaces in St. Blaise, Treverbyn, St Stephens-in-Brannel and Crantock parishes by Cornwall Council.

2 Notice is hereby given for the first time pursuant to Section 123 (2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 that the Council intends to dispose of Land in St. Blaise, Treverbyn, St Stephens-in-Brannel and Crantock, as listed above.

3 A copy of a plan showing the land is available on request from the address below.

4 Any objection or representation in respect of the disposal of the land must be made to Estates Delivery, Cornwall Council, New County Hall, Treyew Road, Truro, TR1 3AY by 17/12/2025. Dated — 03/12/2025
