What is happening?

Notice is hereby given that on 17th November 2025 a petition was presented to Glasgow Sheriff Court on behalf of John Blaen and Craig Concannon craving the Court inter alia to permit the Petitioners in the period of 5 years from 15th October 2025 to (a) be director of Dough Pot Limited trading with the name “Franks Pizza” (b) in any way, whether directly or indirectly, be concerned or take part in the promotion, formation or management of Dough Pot Limited using the name “Franks Pizza”; or (c) in any way, whether directly or indirectly, be concerned or take part in the carrying on of the business carried on by Dough Pot Limited under the name “Franks Pizza”; in which Petition the Sheriff of Glasgow and Strathkelvin at Glasgow by Interlocutor dated 20th November 2025 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
