NOTICE OF THE GRANTING OF A LEASE FOR AN AIR QUALITY MONITORING STATION ON OPEN SPACE OFF POPPY WALK MAY BLOSSOM SAXON GATE HEREFORD HR2 6SL

Notice is hereby given in accordance with Section 123 (2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 that The County of Herefordshire District Council intends to enter a Lease with the Environment Agency for the siting of an air quality monitoring station within the open space area at Poppy Walk May Blossom Saxon Gate Hereford HR2 6SL

Copies of plans showing the location of the land concerned may be inspected during normal office hours at the office of Herefordshire Council Plough Lane Hereford HR4 0LE. They can also be inspected on the Councils website at https://www.herefordshire.gov.uk/ any objections regarding the intended disposal can be made in writing to David Micah, Commercial and Investments Manager Herefordshire Council, P O Box 4 Plough Lane Hereford HR4 0LE or by email to David.Micah@herefordshire.gov.uk no later than 29th December 2025.
