PADSTOW HARBOUR REVISION ORDER 1987
CASUAL VACANCY - NOMINATION OF CANDIDATES

Consequent upon resignation, a vacancy has arisen for one Commissioner to serve the St. Minver Area (the parishes of St. Minver Highlands and St. Minver Lowlands), and nominations are now invited for persons to stand for election as a Commissioner.

The candidate must appear on the current Register of Parliamentary Electors for the St Minver area. Each candidate must be nominated and seconded by other persons who also appear in the current Register of Parliamentary Electors for the area. Each nomination must be supported with a signed statement by the candidate that he/she is willing to be nominated for election as a Commissioner.

The successful candidate will serve for the unexpired term of the retiring Commissioner, that is until 31st March 2028.

NOMINATIONS, SECONDINGS AND STATEMENTS OF WILLINGNESS ARE TO BE FORWARDED TO THE PADSTOW HARBOUR OFFICE NOT LATER THAN 12 NOON ON FRIDAY 26TH DECEMBER 2025.
