NOTICE OF A PUBLIC PATH CREATION AGREEMENT

HIGHWAYS ACT 1980 SECTION 25

BRIDLEWAY CREATION AGREEMENT, BRIDLEWAY 1, FRAMLINGHAM

Suffolk County Council has made an Agreement under section 25 of the Highways Act 1980. The Agreement has the effect of upgrading Framlingham Public Footpath 1 to bridleway status, as detailed below.

Under Section 25 of the Highways Act 1980 there is no right of objection to the Agreement, which has already come into effect.

SCHEDULE

Framlingham Bridleway 1

Commencing at a junction with a metalled maintainable highway (bridleway) at Ordnance Survey Grid Reference (OSGR) 62765,26373 and proceeding in a west south westerly direction through a strip of woodland for 138 metres to a junction with Footpath 83 at OSGR 62751,26371; continuing for 134 metres to the edge of the woodland at OSGR 62738,26369 then continuing for 85 metres to join the U2109 road (New Street) at OSGR 62729,26368.
