Gorchymyn Addasu Map Diffiniol 2025

Bydd y Gorchymyn uchod a wnaed ar 11 Tachwedd 2025, os cadarnheir ei’ gwneud, yn addasu’r map diffiniol â’r datganiad ar gyfer yr ardal drwy:- eu huchwangeau at y llwybr cyhoeddus sy’n dechrau o gyffordd â llwybr cyhoeddus Pen-y-cae 5 yn SJ 2855 4447 ac yn parhau yn gyffredinol i’r de-ddwyrain am tua 130 metr, gan basio o flaen Glan Aber i gyrrd â ffin y rheilffordd a ddatgymalwyd yn SJ 2865 4440 ac yna’n parhau i’r dwyrain yn gyffredinol o fewn y tir rheilffordd a ddatgymalwyd am tua 20 metr i gyrrd â llwybr cyhoeddus Pen-y-cae 53 yn SJ 2867 4440; a

diddymu’r rhan honno o lwybr cyhoeddus Pen-y-cae 7 sy’n dechrau o SJ 2858 4435 ac yn parhau yn gyffredinol i’r gogledd-ddwyrain am oddeutu 85 metr hyd at SJ 2865 4440.

Gellir gweld copi o’r Gorchymyn a Map y Gorchymyn am ddim yn Swyddfeydd Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Wrecsam, Neuadd y Dref, Wrecsam, LL11 1AY rhwng 9.00am a 4.30pm, o ddydd Llun i ddydd Gwener. Gellir cael copïau o’r Gorchymyn a Map y Gorchymyn am ddim o Neuadd y Dref. Rhâid anfon unrhyw sylw neu wrthwynebiadau sy’n ymwneud â’r Gorchymyn yn ysgrifenedig at y Unoch Swyddog Mapiau Diffiniol, Adran Hawliau Tramwy, Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Wrecsam, Depo Trafnidiaeth, De Ffordd yr Abaty, Ystad Ddiwydiannol Wrecsam LL13 9PW neu e-bost: rightsofway@wrexham.gov.uk

i gyrraedd erbyn 12 Ionawr 2026 fan bellaf, a gofynnir i’r ymgeiswyr nodi’r rhesymau y caiff ei wneud.

Os na wneir unrhyw sylwadau neu wrthwynebiadau i’r Gorchymyn yn briodol, neu os tynnir unrhyw rai a wneir yn ôl, caiff Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Wrecsam gadarnhau’r Gorchymyn ei hun, yn hytrach na chyflwyno’r Gorchymyn i Weinidogion Cymru. Os cyfeirir y Gorchymyn i Weinidogion Cymru, anfonir unrhyw sylwadau neu wrthwynebiadau a wneir yn briodol ac nad ydynt wedi’u tynnu’n ôl ymlaen.

WREXHAM COUNTY BOROUGH COUNCIL THE DEFINITIVE MAP AND STATEMENT OF PUBLIC RIGHTS OF WAY FOR THE COUNTY BOROUGH OF WREXHAM

Wrexham County Borough Council (Penycae 7 and Penycae 57) Definitive Map Modification Order 2025

The above Order made on 11 November 2025, if confirmed as made, will modify the definitive map and statement for the area by:

– adding to them a public footpath commencing from a junction with Penycae public footpath 5 at SJ 2855 4447 and continuing generally south east for approximately 130 metres, passing to the front of Glan Aber to meet the boundary of the dismantled railway at SJ 2865 4440 and then continuing generally east within the dismantled railway land for approximately 20 metres to meet Penycae public footpath 53 at SJ 2867 4440; and deleting that part of a Penycae public footpath 7 commencing from SJ 2858 4435 and continuing generally north east for approximately 85 metres to SJ 2865 4440.

A copy of the Order and the Order Map may be seen free of charge at the Offices of Wrexham County Borough Council, Guildhall, Wrexham, LL11 1AY from 9.00am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday. Copies of the Order and Order Map may be obtained free of charge from the Guildhall. Any representation or objection relating to the Order must be sent in writing to the Senior Definitive Map Officer, Rights of Way Section, Wrexham County Borough Council, Transport Depot, Abbey Road South, Wrexham Industrial Estate, LL13 9PW or email: rightsofway@wrexham.gov.uk to arrive not later than 12 January 2026, and applicants are requested to state the grounds on which it is made.

If no representations or objections are duly made to the Order, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Wrexham County Borough Council, instead of submitting the Order to the Welsh Ministers may itself confirm the Order. If the Order is submitted to the Welsh Ministers, any representations or objections which have been duly made and not withdrawn will be sent with it.
