NOTICE CALLING A MEETING OF THE COUNCIL TO RATIFY THE SUBMISSION OF A PETITION AGAINST THE MALVERN HILLS BILL
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in accordance with Section 239 of the Local Government Act 1972 that a meeting of Malvern Town Council (“the Council”) will be held at Malvern Town Council, Park View Meeting Room, Community Hub, Victoria Park Road, Malvern WR14 2JY on Wednesday 17 December 2025 commencing at 6.00pm for the purpose, amongst other things, of approving (if thought fit) the ratification of a petition against the provisions of the Malvern Hills Bill which was submitted by the Council to the House of Lords and published by them on 5 February 2025.
