CAMBRIDGESHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL

CHANGE OF PUBLISHED ADMISSION NUMBER AT LITTLEPORT COMMUNITY PRIMARY SCHOOL

PARSONS LANE, LITTLEPORT, ELY, CB6 1JT

The County Council intends to make a prescribed alteration to Littleport Community Primary School with effect from 1 September 2027.

It is proposed to increase the Published Admission Number (PAN) from 60 to 90.

Littleport Community Primary School currently offers 420 places to children age 4–11 years, 60 per year group. The school would like to offer 630 places, 90 per year group, beginning with the September 2027 Reception intake.

To enable this increase, Cambridgeshire County Council are in the process of completing building works to expand the physical capacity of the school.

To formally make this change it is necessary to change the PAN of the school. This will not affect children already attending the school.

The consultation period will run from 10/11/2025 to 08/12/2025.

A public consultation event will be held virtually, via Microsoft Teams on 25/11/2025

For further information and to access the full proposal and the link to the online consultation meeting please visit: School changes and consultations on the Cambridgeshire County Council website.
