Notice of Cancellation pursuant to section 5 of the Act
Notice is hereby given that the Authority has, pursuant to the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014, this day cancelled the registration of Exeter Tiny House Community (CBS) Limited (Register no. 9142) the registered office of which is at 1 Amor Place, Taunton, TA1 4SG at its request.
The society ceases to enjoy the privileges of a registered society, but without prejudice to any liability incurred by the society, which may be enforced against it as if such cancellation had not taken place.
