Tottenham, Intention To Appropriate Open Space Land
What is happening?

LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972 Section 12 2 (2A)
Notice is hereby given that the Mayor and the Burgesses of the London Borough of Haringey intends to appropriate open space land being Land on the West Side of Bull Lane in Tottenham, London N17 (Parcel A) and Land on the East Side of Weir Hall Road Tottenham, London N17 6PW (Parcel B), as shown edged red in the plan below, to facilitate the development of the Selby Urban Village Project. Under these proposals, at Parcel A, a small section of the 4.75 hectares of designated local open space will be affected by the construction of the new Selby Centre and sports pavilion. However, the development will deliver a net gain in sporting and leisure activities, including upgraded facilities and improved quality of open space. At Parcel B, there will be no loss of open space. This area will be enhanced to provide safe and convenient pedestrian and cycling connections.

Objections must be received no later than 21 December 2025.
