NOTICE OF PROPOSED DISPOSAL OF OPEN SPACE LAND

AYLANDS OPEN SPACE CHANGING ROOM, Bullsmoor Ln, Enfield EN3 6TJ

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 123(2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 that the Mayor and Burgesses of the London Borough of Enfield (the Council) intend to grant a lease of the Property (a disposal), which is or may include open space, for a term of up to 15 years.

The Property is shown for the purpose of identification edged in red on a plan which is available to inspect online at: https://www.enfield.gov.uk/services/your-council/public-notices and which is also available to inspect at the public notice board by the main entrance to the London Borough of Enfield, Civic Centre, Silver Street, Enfield, EN1 3XA. The plan is for illustration purposes only.

By virtue of Section 123 (2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 the Council is required to give formal notice of its intention to dispose of open space and consider any objections to the proposed disposal. Any person who objects to the proposed disposal must lodge his or her objection in writing by email to section123notices@enfield.gov.uk, or by writing to Strategic Property Services, London Borough of Enfield, Civic Centre, Silver Street, Enfield, London EN1 3XA by no later than 11.59pm on Wednesday 3rd November 2025. Any objections received will be considered by the Council.
