Canal & River Trust acting as Trustee of The Waterways Infrastructure Trust (charity registration number 1146792- 2) (the Charity) gives notice that the Charity proposes to: Dispose of a building and adjoining land known as Wharton Street Yard, Birmingham, B7 5TR which is owned by the Charity.
The area of land and building is shown edged red on the plan which can be viewed on the Charity’s web page http://canalrivertrust.org.uk/about-us/ for-businesses/public-notices.
Alternatively, a copy of the plan may be requested in writing from the address below. Any representations or comm - ents in relation to the proposed transaction should be sent for con - sideration to the following address by no later than one calendar month from the date of this publication quoting reference LW/Prop2359:
