LIVERPOOL CITY COUNCIL

PROPOSED DISPOSAL OF PUBLIC OPEN SPACE

Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 123 Local  Government Act 1972 (as amended by section 118 Local  Government, Planning and Land Act 1980) of the Council’s intention to dispose of public open space land located at  Liverpool Tennis Centre, Wavertree Sports Park, Wellington Road, Liverpool, L15 4LE.

Persons wishing to view the plan of the land  described above between the hours of 9.00 a.m.  and 5.00 p.m. Monday to Friday should contact the  address shown below to arrange inspection or email  propertymanagementgeneral@liverpool.gov.uk.

Any representations or objections with respect to the  disposal should be made in writing to the Property and  Regeneration Team, Legal Services, 5th Floor, Cunard  Building, Water Street, Liverpool, L3 1AH (quoting  reference Legal/LH/14974192) no later than 10am on  4th December 2025. Please state the grounds on which  anyrepresentation or objection is made.
