What is happening?

LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972 SECTION 123 (2A)
LAND IN SOUTHCHURCH PARK WEST OF LIFSTAN WAY IN SOUTHEND-ON-SEA

Notice is hereby given that Southend-on-Sea City Council intends to lease land which forms part of public open space having an area of 122m2 in Southchurch Park, west of Lifstan Way in Southend-on-Sea. This is to extend the term of the existing lease for dug outs, floodlights, stands and surrounding fences to the football club.

Objections to the intended development must be made in writing and addressed to:

Antony Daniels, Asset Management, Southend-on-Sea City Council, Civic Centre, Victoria Avenue, Southend-on-Sea, Essex SS1 9ER by no later than three weeks after the date of this notice.
