LAND AT SOLENT PROMENADE, SOUTHBOURNE COAST ROAD, BOURNEMOUTH BH6 4BE
NOTICE is hereby given that Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council intends to dispose of the above area of open space for use as part of a temporary restaurant offer by granting a 2 year lease.
A plan showing the location and extent of the land can be viewed on the Council's website at www.bcpseafrontprojects.net
Any representations or objections to the proposed disposal must be made in writing to the Council's Service Director, Destination & Culture, BCP Council, Civic Centre, Bourne Avenue, Bournemouth BH2 6DY or by email to seafront.admin@bcpcouncil.gov.uk quoting Solent Promenade by 30th November 2025.
