Notice of Cancellation pursuant to section 5 of the Act Notice is hereby given that the Authority has, pursuant to the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014, this day cancelled the registration of Aberystwyth Royal Naval Association Club Limited (Register no. 9077) the registered office of which is at 3 Market Street, ABERYSTWYTH, Dyfed, SY23 1DL at its request.
The society ceases to enjoy the privileges of a registered society, but without prejudice to any liability incurred by the society, which may be enforced against it as if such cancellation had not taken place.
