PUBLIC NOTICE
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO REGISTER CAUTION AGAINST UNREGISTERED LAND TO PROTECT RIGHT OF WAY
Notice is hereby given that David Prouse of Rydon Mill, Holsworthy, Devon, EX22 7HU has applied to HM land Registry to be registered as Cautioner over the unregistered land and property described below under the Land Registration Act 2002.
The Caution against first registration to record a right of way that has been exercised over the property. Description of the Property:The entire length of all that unsurfaced lane and property known as Lambs Lane, Holsworthy running from the Holsworthy to Bude road to the Derriton to Pyworthy road and including the bridge over the former railway.
Any person having any objection to this application or any competing claim over the said property, must make the same known in writing with supporting documents to the undersigned at the address below within 21 days from the date of this publication. Failing such objection or claim within the stated period it shall be presumed that no person has an equal or better right to be registered as Cautioner than the applicant and the application shall proceed accordingly without further notice.
