What is happening?

CITY OF STOKE-ON-TRENT
LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972

PROPOSED DISPOSAL OF PUBLIC OPEN SPACE AT CLIFF VALE PLACE/GARNER STREET, STOKE-ON-TRENT, ST4 7PU

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN under Section 123 (1), (2A) of the above Act that Stoke-on-Trent City Council intends to dispose of the land described in the Schedule below. It is intended that the disposal will be by way of outright sale of the freehold.

Any objections to the disposals should be made in writing and addressed to Corporate Property, Floor 4, Civic Centre, Glebe Street, ST4 1HH and must be received by no later than 2nd December 2025.

SCHEDULE

Approximately 0.41 acres being land at Cliff Vale Place/ Garner Street, Stoke-on- Trent, ST4 7PU

A plan that identifies the precise location of the land in question can be inspected at the Civic Centre, Glebe Street, Stoke-on Trent ST4 1HH during normal office hours.
