SAFETY OF SPORTS GROUNDS REGULATIONS 1987
By the provisions of the above, Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council hereby gives Notice that it has issued a Special Safety Certificate in respect of The Gnoll, Neath (Designated Stands) for the purpose of allowing a public fireworks display, on 5th November 2025. A copy of the Certificate is available for inspection by any interested party by calling during office hours at the address shown below. Building Control, The Quays, Brunel Way, Baglan Energy Park, SA11 2GG.
