The following applications have been submitted for consideration by the council:

CA/25/01910: Street End Place, Hardres Court Road, Lower Hardres, Kent, CT4 5NP  Single-storey front extension to outbuilding.  Applicant: Mr and Mrs Obee  Reason: Conservation area.

CA/25/01902: 93 Cromwell Road, Whitstable, Kent, CT5 1NN  Replacement of front door from timber to upvc, removal of pebble dash and re render, together with replacement of roof, fascia, soffits and barge boards.   Applicant: Mr and Mrs Henley  Reason: Conservation area.

CA/25/01982: Brandsby, 2 Walnut Tree Lane, Westbere, Kent, CT2 0HG  Single-storey rear extension, raised decking area to rear together with extension of existing vehicular access following demolition of existing rear extension.  Applicant: Mr George Pelham  Reason: Conservation area.

CA/25/01989: 1 King Edward Street, Whitstable, Kent, CT5 1JU  Single-storey side and rear extension together with replacement of all windows from timber to upvc.  Applicant: Mr S. McDonald  Reason: Conservation area.

CA/25/01991: Carpenters Barn, The Street, Ickham, Kent, CT3 1QN  Two-storey rear extension, replacement carport to side together with installation of solar panels to side elevation.  Applicant: Ms Lynne Fairleigh  Reason: Conservation area.

CA/25/01973: Petham House, Broadway, Petham, Kent, CT4 5RX  First floor extension to North elevation, single-storey extension to South elevation together with attached car port, swimming pool and pool house following demolition of existing conservatory.  Applicant: Mr David Bywater  Reason: Setting of listed building in conservation area.

CA/25/01974: Petham House, Broadway, Petham, Kent, CT4 5RX  Application for Listed Building Consent for external and internal alterations including first floor extension to North elevation, single-storey extension to South elevation together with attached car port, swimming pool and pool house following demolition of existing conservatory.  Applicant: Mr David Bywater  Reason: Works to a listed building.

CA/25/02004: Pebble Cottage, 57 Island Wall, Whitstable, Kent, CT5 1EL  Single-storey rear and side extension, replacement of all windows and doors from timber to timber, replacement window to doors with juliet balcony to first floor rear elevation together with single-storey detached garden room to rear garden.  Applicant: Mrs J Williams   Reason: Conservation area.

CA/25/02008: First Floor Flat, 75 Cromwell Road, Whitstable, Kent, CT5 1NN  Retrospective application for replacement of windows from timber to UPVC to side elevation.  Applicant: Dr David Ponsonby  Reason: Conservation area.

CA/25/02006: 11 Oxford Road, Canterbury, Kent, CT1 3QF  Replacement of all windows from timber to upvc  to  front elevation.  Applicant: Mr S Welsh  Reason: Conservation area.

CA/25/02000: Serenus, The Drove, Chestfield, Kent, CT5 3NY  Two-storey front, side and rear extensions, first floor extension together with single storey detached outbuilding.  Applicant: Mr J Madden  Reason: Conservation area.

CA/25/02019: 45 Roper Road, Canterbury, Kent, CT2 7EQ  Single-storey side extension following demolition of external wc and canopy to rear elevation.  Applicant: Mr Ben Walker  Reason: Conservation area.

CA/25/02035: 40 Martyrs’ Field Road, Canterbury, Kent, CT1 3PX  Change of use from single dwelling house to two flats, Two-storey rear extension and single-storey side extension together with the demolition of detached garage to provide two off road parking spaces to the rear.  Applicant: Mr Sebastian Hayes  Reason: Conservation area.

CA/25/01970: Furrows, 18 Share and Coulter Road, Chestfield, Kent, CT5 3LE  Installation of dormer with glass balustrade to rear following the removal of existing chimney.  Applicant: Mr Dennis Morgan  Reason: Conservation area.
