What is happening?

APPLICATION FOR DISCHARGE CONSENT

An application has been made to the Department of Agriculture, Environment & Rural Affairs (DAERA) for consent under the Water (Northern Ireland) Order 1999 to make a discharge of Site Drainage into the Waterway arising from a storage for peat situated at: 45 Cravenny Road, Martray, Ballygawley, County Tyrone, BT70 2JU.

You may contact Northern Ireland Environment Agency (NIEA) of DAERA to request a copy in either electronic version via email, or a paper copy by post. Please quote reference number. TC 118/25 in any correspondence.
