STAFFORD BOROUGH COUNCIL SECTION 123 (1) (2A) LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972 Notice of Intended Disposal of Open Space Land adjoining 1 St Georges Road Stafford
What is happening?
Stafford Borough Council is considering the disposal of a parcel of land which is shown for identification purposes edged red on the plan attached to this Notice with the intent that the parcel of land adjoining 1 St Georges Road is used as garden land.
The plan is available for inspection during normal office hours at the Civic Offices, Riverside, Stafford.
This is the formal notice given in so far as the above parcel of land forms part of the open space within the meaning of the above section.
Objections to the proposed disposal should be made in writing to the Head of Law and Governance, Stafford Borough Council, Civic Offices, Riverside, Stafford ST16 3AQ (Ref:018098/SAJ) by no later than close of business on 2nd December 2025. The publication of this notice is required by statute and does not necessarily imply that the proposal will proceed.
